Villa Müller
The permanent exhibition of the Villa Müller presents the luxurious house and lifestyle. Visit the first Prague villa of Adolf Loos. Entry is possible after prior reservation.
The villa, which was built for the prominent constructor František Müller during 1928–1930, is one of the gems of modern world architecture. Designed by the world-famous architect Adolf Loos in collaboration with Karel Lhota, the villa is Adolf Loos's masterpiece in which he successfully used his concept of designing spaces – Raumplan.

The villa interior presents a luxurious residence reminiscent of the First Czechoslovak Republic lifestyle of a family that was rightfully ranked among the Prague high society. All of the furnishings are of high quality. Adolf Loos always collaborated with the best producers, placing great demands on them. The combination of luxury on the one hand and simplicity and functionality on the other provides evidence of Villa Müller being an unparalleled work of modern architecture and design.

Tours begin: 9 am, 11 am, 1 pm, 3 pm, 5 pm
November–March
Tours begin: 10 am, 12 noon, 2 pm, 4 pm
- Tickets can be bought online or at the ticket office in the gallery of the Norbertov Study and Documentation Centre.
